Administer 0.1 to 0.2 mL of Ofloxasol® per kilogram of body weight (equivalent to 0.5 to 1 liter per 1000 liters of drinking water) daily for 3 to 5 consecutive days.

Mechanism of the Effect
Ofloxasol® is a third-generation fluoroquinolone and broad-spectrum antibiotic that exerts its effect by inhibiting the enzyme DNA gyrase, thereby eliminating bacteria.

Use case
Treatment of infections caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as Mycoplasma species—such as CRD, CRD complex, colibacillosis, coryza, salmonellosis, and fowl cholera.

The amount and how to use
Administer 0.1 to 0.2 mL of Ofloxasol® per kilogram of body weight (equivalent to 0.5 to 1 liter per 1000 liters of drinking water) daily for 3 to 5 consecutive days.

Caution
Do not use in young or growing animals due to the potential adverse effects on cartilage.
Avoid use during pregnancy and lactation unless directed by a veterinarian.
Adhere strictly to the prescribed dose and treatment duration to prevent bacterial resistance.
Avoid concurrent use with cationic drugs (such as antacids and mineral supplements) which may reduce drug absorption.
Closely monitor kidney and liver function during treatment, especially in animals with pre-existing conditions.
Keep the medication out of reach of children and other animals.

Drug interference
Do not administer concurrently with tetracyclines, macrolides, lincosamides, chloramphenicol, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

Maintenance conditions
Store at a temperature between 15–30°C, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
