Mechanism of the Effect
TS–Sol Rooyan® acts by inhibiting the enzyme PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), thereby blocking folic acid synthesis—a critical pathway for bacterial survival. This disruption halts vital bacterial functions.
The combination of active ingredients in TS–Sol Rooyan® works synergistically, enhancing each other’s effects to prevent bacterial DNA synthesis, ultimately leading to bacterial death.
Use case
Indications: TS–Sol Rooyan® is used in chickens and turkeys for the treatment of infectious coryza and diseases caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, including:
Staphylococcus
Streptococcus
Pneumococcus
Salmonella
Pasteurella
Escherichia coli
Certain Coccidia
Mycoplasma spp.

The amount and how to use

Drug interference
