Mechanism of the Effect
This blend helps normalize the acid-base balance in the rumen. This has a beneficial effect on the production of natural rumen microflora, thereby aiding in cellulose digestion. The product contains essential cofactors for microbial fermentation in the rumen (sulfur, calcium, magnesium, cobalt, copper), alkalizing compounds (magnesium oxide), and glucogenic substrates (sodium and calcium propionate).
Use case
Maxi Digestion is used to normalize rumen activity in primary and secondary digestive disorders in ruminants. This blend treats gastrointestinal issues like food poisoning, digestive upsets due to drastic dietary changes or surgical procedures, and primary and secondary acetonemia in cattle, sheep, goats, and camels. Maxi Digestion also significantly aids in stimulating normal rumen activity following a ruminotomy.
The amount and how to use
Mix one 100-gram sachet of indigestion powder with a suitable amount of drinking water (1-2 liters) and administer to the animal using a bottle or an esophageal tube.
Dosage:
Cattle and Camels: One 100-gram sachet per day.
Sheep and Goats: 1/4 to 1/2 of a 100-gram sachet per day.
If necessary, the treatment can be repeated after 24 hours.
