Compounds
Each vaccine contains a minimum of 3 log10 EID50 of live Avian Infectious Bronchitis virus, strain Ma5.

Mechanism of the Effect
The vaccine contains a live attenuated virus, strain MA5, which stimulates the poultry’s immune system without causing severe disease.
After administration, the MA5 virus undergoes limited replication in the respiratory tract of the poultry, leading to the activation of both local and systemic immunity (production of antibodies and cellular response).
This immunity provides effective protection against common strains of Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV).

Use case
Vaccination of poultry for the control of (protection against) Infectious Bronchitis.
This vaccine can be used as both a primary and secondary vaccine in vaccination programs against this disease.

The amount and how to use
Administer via coarse spray, drinking water, or eye/nasal drop.
The quantity and size of the vaccine used depend on the age of the birds and the administration equipment.

Caution
Here’s the English translation of the vaccine administration guidelines:
Administer only to healthy birds showing no signs of disease.
Avoid contact between the vaccine and disinfectants during administration.
Ensure accurate dosage and method of administration (oral, spray, or ocular/nasal drop) as directed.
Maintain strict hygiene during vaccination (syringes, water used, and equipment).
Prevent the vaccine from freezing and store it at 2 to 8 degrees Celsius.
Avoid prolonged use of the vaccine once opened.
Keep out of reach of children.

Drug interference
Antivirals/Antibiotics: Concurrent use with antiviral drugs or antibiotics may reduce the vaccine’s efficacy.
Other Vaccines: Simultaneous administration with other vaccines should only be carried out with a veterinarian’s precise recommendation and timing.
Disinfectants: Disinfectants present in water or on equipment can inactivate the live vaccine virus.
Immunosuppressants: Immunosuppressive drugs (such as corticosteroids) may weaken the immune response to the vaccine.

Maintenance conditions
Store between 2-8 degrees Celsius and in the dark.
