Mechanism of the Effect
Florfen Rooyan® is a broad-spectrum synthetic antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by interfering with the function of the peptidyl transferase enzyme in ribosomes, leading to the elimination of the bacteria.
Note: Ensure proper usage and adherence to dosage instructions as prescribed by a veterinarian to avoid resistance or side effects.
Use case
Florfen Rooyan® is effective in treating various infections caused by Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, including Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, Clostridium, E. coli, Pasteurella multocida, and Salmonella typhimurium.
Note: Use under veterinary supervision to ensure proper dosage and to prevent antibiotic resistance.
The amount and how to use
Dosage and Administration Instructions for Florfen Rooyan® in Broiler and Breeder Poultry:
Dosage: 20 mg per kg of body weight per day.
Mixing: Add 1 liter of Florfen Rooyan® to 1000 liters of drinking water.
Treatment Duration: Continue treatment for 3 to 5 days.
Preparation: Prepare fresh medicated water daily and ensure complete consumption within the same day.
Water Source: During treatment, provide only medicated water to the poultry, with no access to other water sources.
Note: Administer under veterinary supervision to ensure accurate dosing and to prevent antibiotic resistance. Ensure proper storage (dry place, below 25°C, away from direct light) and keep out of reach of children.
Caution
The use of Florfen Rooyan® is prohibited in laying poultry during the production period.
Note: Avoid use in egg-laying birds to prevent potential residues in eggs. Always consult a veterinarian for alternative treatments and adhere to withdrawal periods to ensure food safety.
Drug interference
Avoid using Florfen Rooyan® concurrently with other medications, particularly macrolides, lincomycin, and clindamycin.

Maintenance conditions
Store at a temperature between 15–30°C, away from light, and in tightly sealed containers.
