Vitamin A: Plays an important role in protecting epithelial tissues, including the retina, skin, and mucous membranes, thereby acting as a defense against common infections.

Vitamin E: This vitamin is important for growth and fertility, increases body resistance, helps maintain the stability of vitamin A, and is generally recognized as a natural antioxidant.
Vitamin C: Acts as an antioxidant involved in several physiological processes, including oxidation-reduction reactions, synthesis of steroid hormones, and enhancement of the immune system.
