Compounds

The heat pack contains anti-inflammatory substances based on silicon and mint.

Mechanism of the Effect

Heat packs containing silicone compounds and mint extract are an excellent choice for relieving pulmonary and gaseous flatulence. This product helps reduce the surface tension of gas bubbles and causes their accumulation to break down, ultimately preventing the buildup of gas in the digestive tract.

Additionally, due to the presence of menthol, menthone, and menthone acetate compounds, it has an antispasmodic effect on smooth digestive muscles, which decreases the tonicity of the digestive sphincters. This results in pain relief in the abdominal area and facilitates the expulsion of gas.

Use case

This product can be used to treat various types of pulmonary and gaseous flatulence in patients.

Drug interference

Other laxatives:

Fat-soluble drugs:

Sodium docusate may increase the absorption of fat-soluble drugs (such as vitamins A, D, E, and K) and can cause interactions at high doses.

Certain antibiotics or drugs with absorption dependent on intestinal mucosa:

In some cases, changes in the intestinal mucosa may affect the absorption of certain drugs; however, this rarely occurs in animals.
